One bag of prawns
One large pot of Greek yogurt
4 large cloves of garlic
Half a cucumber
8 cherry tomatoes
Half a teaspoon of fresh or dried oregano
Half a teaspoon of fresh or dried parsley
Half a teaspoon of paprika
Pinch of salt
Pinch of black pepper
Chop the cucumber into quarter-inch chunks and add to the yogurt.
Finely crush and chop the garlic, or squeeze through the press, before adding to the yogurt.
Blitz the cherry tomatoes in a blender and add to the yogurt.
Fold the remaining ingredients into the yogurt mixture.
